So the valve stem in my 2013 F350 dually broke a few weeks ago. We spent almost 2 weeks calling different places, picking up what would turn out to be duds from different shops and parts stores. Ford dealership mechanic gave us the part number and I found it on Amazon and your website. Well it didn’t look right so I called your service number and Austin answered the phone and I asked if he knew of that would work on my truck and he said, verbatim, “oh god no! I’m so glad you called before ordering. No all Ford trucks take F-series valve stems! You said your truck was a dually? No the valve stems you need are [insert part # here].” And they actually freaking worked! So yeah Austin is the valve stem extraordinaire and he needs a raise or at the very least a bonus because out of multiple tire shops and tire experts he’s the only one that knew what the actual heck my truck needed.
