All orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or GSO.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please retain this email as it contains your Order Number. Should you need to Contact Us regarding your order, please have your Order Number ready.

Most orders placed before 1pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, weekends, and national holidays will be processed the following business day. 

An email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to you as soon as our warehouse has processed and packed your order.

(Please give all tracking numbers 24 hours to update.)

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is offered to all Customers who place an order of $50 or more.

Lift Gate

Some products require Lift Gate delivery. If your destination is not equipped with a forklift, please select Lift Gate delivery upon checkout. Lift gate delivery service is an additional $100.

2 Day Shipping

Items eligible for 2 Day Shipping will be labeled with an orange tag. 2 Day Shipping is NOT a guarantee. It is a complimentary service we provide for items that we have in stock and fall under certain dimensional constraints. Please note that PO Box addresses are not eligible for 2 Day Shipping. 

2 Day Shipping transit time is typically 2 BUSINESS DAYS. For example, orders shipped on Thursday with 2 Day Shipping will be delivered by Monday of the following week.

Cutoff time of 1PM PT still applies for all 2 Day Shipping orders. 

If you order consists of items both labeled 2 Day Shipping and items that are not labeled in this manner, we will do our best to still honor the 2 Day Shipping for those labeled items. Again, this is a complimentary service and NOT a guarantee.

Place your order by 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) and we'll ship your in-stock items the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.
