How It Works:

FREE STUFF:

Every 3 months we will include a free gift with your next purchase within the promotional period! What will the free gift be? Will it be a flip socket? Will it be a pack of valve cores? Who knows? It’s a mystery! But, don’t worry. For each promotional period, we will send out an email to our CLUB5 members letting them know what the free gift is and when the promotional period ends.

Membership Renewal:

As your CLUB5 membership comes to an end, we will send you a membership renewal reminder email sometime in the last month of your membership period. We will not spam you with renewal reminder emails. We will only send 2 to 3 reminder emails in your last month.

If you choose to renew your membership, simply return to this product page and purchase the CLUB5 membership once again. We will extend your membership for 1 year starting from the date your membership was due to end and you can continue to save with no interruptions! 

Membership Emails:

Please add help@tiresupplynetwork.com to your contact list to ensure that you receive our membership emails. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of purchasing your membership, please check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If the email is not in your spam folder, then please contact us and we will verify that your access to the CLUB5 discount code is available to you right away.

If you have not received the email and you want to see if your access to the CLUB5 discount code is available, then you may attempt to make a purchase on our website and enter the CLUB5 code after you have entered your email address to see if the 5% discount is applied. You do not need to complete the purchase and you can empty your cart after seeing the discount.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The yearly $19.95 membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
2. The 12-month membership period begins on the date that the CLUB5 membership is purchased and ends on the same date the following year.
3. Only 1 email address can be used for each membership. The CLUB5 discount code will only work at checkout with the email address that was used at the time the membership fee was purchased.
4. If your email address changes, please contact us to change your CLUB5 discount code access to work with your new email address. If a member requests to change access to new email addresses multiple times within the 12-month membership period, we reserve the right to deny the change of access at our discretion.
5. The CLUB5 discount code MUST be entered at checkout to receive your 5% order discount.
6. The CLUB5 discount code cannot be shared. Orders placed by a CLUB5 member cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. We will make exceptions if your business has multiple locations that you will be shipping different orders to. We ask that you contact us beforehand to make us aware that your orders will need to ship to more than 1 address during the 12-month membership period.
7. The “free gift with purchase” only applies to the promotional period advertised. If a CLUB5 member does not make a purchase within an advertised promotional period, then that particular free gift will no longer be available to the CLUB5 member. There is a limit of 1 free gift with purchase for each promotional period.
8. We reserve the right to terminate membership at any time for failure to meet these terms and conditions, abuse of the CLUB5 membership program, or suspected fraudulent activity.
