Works as described but the tip broke on the first tire- Great customer service

Bought it to remove #15 studs on new Toyo M55 tires. The Toyo rubber is a little harder than my blizzaks so the soap on the end the tool seems necessary, and even then it is tough to insert. Make sure you get the tip all the way down around the stud, and be gentle working it out. I broke the tip off around stud removal #20, the day it arrived. The tool only comes with one tip. I emailed customer serviced, fantastic response from Tiresupply and the manufacturer. I even got a call from the factory and a replacement tip. I also am buying a spare tip
