PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

If you’re looking for the perfect space cooler that delivers precise directional cooling, the Cool Boss CB-16 fits the bill. This space-saving evaporative cooler is made for quiet operation and portability, allowing you to use it indoors or out. Oversize 4” caster wheels allow it to easily roll to wherever you need it most. Just hook it up to a standard garden hose or fill the portable water tank, turn it on, and start cooling.

They use water evaporation to reduce surrounding temperatures without consuming large amounts of energy. This ecology-conscious technology allows you to instantly chill areas at a fraction of the cost of traditional air conditioning methods.

The Cool Boss CB-16 is equipped with our Honeycool™ evaporative media pads that soak up water like a sponge. The hexagonal shapes of the honeycomb allow air to pass through which results in evaporation, which then turns into a fresh blast of cool air delivering more tolerable and much fresher surroundings, especially during hot summer months. You won’t have to deal with water escaping out the back of the Honeycool media pads. The resin-covered hexagonal honeycombs keeps water buildup in the back of the unit to a minimum, maximizing water usage efficiency by as much as 30% when compared to competitor models. Cool Boss is built to last. A durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) housing provides superior damage protection and resistance to sunlight and UV rays.

The CB-16 operates on regular 110-Volt household power and features a powerful 1/3 HP motor that circulates the air through a very capable 16” diameter Blue Flex™ fan. The proprietary axial-flow design of the fan pulls a greater amount of air at idle than traditional fan blade types. When RPMs increase, the fan blades slightly change shape. Although barely noticeable, this reduces engine drag at higher RPMs delivering the most effective, cost-saving performance.

Featuring a huge 60-gallon cold-water reservoir, the portable CB-16 delivers an almost non-stop supply of chilled air without constant refilling. Airflow is directed through a venturi fan cone that concentrates the air velocity as it passes through, creating a more powerful and directional blast of chilled air. If you want to direct cool air precisely where you need it most, the CB-16L is compatible with its own Ducting Kit. Easy to install and simple to use, this kit is 15 ft. long and consists of a Flexible Reinforced Polyvinyl Duct. For its diminutive size, the CB-16 packs a powerful punch, delivering an incredible 4,960 CFM of air pushing volume with a max area coverage of 2,480 square feet.

When it comes to more bang-for-the-buck features, the CB-16 is chock-full of them. It features an 80W outdoor-rated adjustable floodlight that puts out 4000 lumens of super-bright light which is ideal for lighting up your work area for increased safety and productivity. A built-in Bluetooth® audio player with built-in stereo speakers makes sure you stay alert and focused.
