EASY WEIGHT and ZEROWEIGHT are not traditional wheel lifts that simply raise and lower the wheel. These systems cancel the gravity effect and the actual weight of the tire, allowing the operator to position the wheel at the desired height effortlessly. Both solutions deliver the same zero-weight effect and operating benefit—the difference lies in how the weight cancellation is achieved.

While Zeroweight is fully automatic and activated by simply pressing a pedal—lowering itself together with the protection—EASYWEIGHT features 100% mechanical handling. It does not use electronics or require any electrical connection to the balancer. Instead, the same weight-cancellation effect is achieved through a specially engineered pneumatic circuit using only compressed air.

With EASYWEIGHT, the operator sets the weight of the first wheel of the tire set using a dedicated pedal. The system then memorizes this weight and applies it to all remaining wheels in the set, allowing effortless movement with an “absence of gravity” effect throughout the entire balancing cycle.

Thanks to CEMB lifts, any misalignment caused by the weight of the wheel on the adapter during centering is minimized. The quality and repeatability of wheel centering are comparable to those obtainable with vertical-axis balancers.
