Have had product since 2012 but during the last update they quit supporting the 16 bit version. Wrote the support team but have not been able to get it resolved.my OBD module that came with it was updated ok .

Great money saving tool.

Used this tool to identify what turned out to be two bad sensors. Purchased replacements, programmed and relearned to the vehicle. I had trouble getting the tool software upgraded after receiving it. I contacted the manufacturer by email and voice message but unfortunately never heard back from them. I was able to get it resolved myself but their customer service has room for improvement. Prior to ordering I contacted Tire Supply Network via chat and the lady I spoke with was able to answer my questions immediately. I’m giving five stars because the tool and sensors work very well.
